Patisseri is a fun play on PATISSERIE and my name, RI.

I'm a qualified commerical cookery chef and patisserie chef, based in Bannockburn, Geelong.

I have a passion and love for cakes, bakes and anything pastry. From birthday cakes, gender reveals, wedding cakes and all things to celebrate, I can work with you to create the perfect sweet treat.

Hats off to Patisseri for the most delicious Carrot and Walnut Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting.
Perfect texture and density along with outstanding presentation. We ordered the 20 cm cake and easily managed 20 servings.
